With more than a decade of experience in the technology sector, David’s career began in telecommunications where he built a sales office in White Plains, New York, for a nationwide CLEC. He later managed a New York City sales office for a fixed wireless communications carrier, and most recently worked for AT&T consulting for enterprise clients. Today David supports Network Doctor’s business development initiatives and manages the client satisfaction group. David also guides clients on telecom solutions and office relocations.

Paul Hilbert’s career began as a project manager for nationwide build-outs of data centers for an enterprise telecommunications carrier catering to the financial sector. Paul later managed new technology initiatives for the Security Industry Association (SIA) and, in the wake of 9/11, consulted for Verizon to reroute telecom and data traffic around the impacted West Street central office. Currently Paul is responsible for Network Doctor’s project management and product development initiatives.

Joël Mizrahi

Director of Operations

Joël Mizrahi joined the Network Doctor team in 2005 and has been a key contributor to the company's growth and success. Joël has extensive experience in technology and has been working in the IT Industry for over 14 years, providing support and advisory services in a variety of industries. His roles include overseeing the operations and processes of Network Doctor, guiding and assisting team members, managing systems engineers, as well as planning and coordinating projects & implementations. Joël enjoys professional sports, particularly basketball and soccer, and spending quality time with his 3 children.

Cenon Hipolito

Service Desk Manager

Cenon began his career working for Fortune 500 companies until 2011 when he found his home at Network Doctor. In his 15 years in the technology sector, Cenon has served in a variety of IT positions which has allowed him to perfect the skill of balancing the customer service experience with delivering comprehensive technology support. Cenon's responsibilities include managing the remote and field engineering teams, process creation, and documentation. Cenon also mentors many of our new team members, acclimating them to Network Doctor's processes and culture. When Cenon is not working he enjoys spending his spare time with his dogs taking them for long walks, and participates in all types of motorsports.

Johanna Sabay

Finance Manager

Johanna Sabay joined Network Doctor in 2005 as an administrative assistant. Today, as a member of the management team, much of her responsibilities involves overseeing financial and administrative operations. As the de facto event coordinator for Network Doctor, Johanna is often involved in planning company outings, themed work days (Fan Fridays and Wacky T-shirt Wednesdays to highlight a few), and our legendary holiday parties. When she's not getting out month-end invoices or assisting clients with their concerns, she is planning her next adventure abroad with her husband, who happens to also be an esteemed Network Doctor alum.
