Network Doctor Opens LA Office - June 2009
In order to provide IT consulting and support services in the Los Angeles Metro area, Network Doctor is proud to announce the opening of the L.A. Office. Demand for a presence in this market is increasing as the reach of clients based in the tri-state area continues to expand westward. "Our expansion to southern California was a natural evolvement. We had been observing a steady rise in the number of clients with a presence in that market. A significant amount of our New York based clients have offices in L.A. As these offices grow, so do their IT requirements, fostering needs for a local resource to manage their IT infrastructures. As a result we have assembled and trained a team of talented system engineers to provide the same level of service Network Doctor clients have come to know and expect" says David Birk, one of Network Doctor's partners.
Lead by Ezra Herman, a senior systems engineer and the director of the office in L.A., clients in the area can expect top notch IT services. By leveraging the existing Network Doctor resources, the L.A. office will be able to quickly provide proven, value added services. "They will utilize our existing infrastructure such as our ticketing/client management systems and helpdesk services. Additionally the office will be able to provide the same portfolio of managed services benefiting our clients today," adds Birk. Network Doctor and Chappaqua Consulting are happy to announce the establishment of a strategic partnership. Chappaqua Consulting clients will be absorbed into the Network Doctor client base so Chappaqua's technical resources can focus on IT solutions and support. Network Doctor will assume the backend business functions and will also contribute technical expertise, vendor relationships, and a portfolio of managed services previously not available through Chappaqua's channels. Some of the added benefits Chappaqua clients will realize are helpdesk services, service level agreements, 24/7/365 network monitoring, email solutions, and more. Chappaqua clients should continue to expect the same great service but with additional benefits.
