How we use BrightGauge for our clients
Here at Network Doctor we use BrightGauge to leverage our data and share it with the client. Our best example of this is our Client Monthly Service & Inventory Reports that are packed meaningful data that is personalized to the client. The report covers all things from tickets and SLAs to servers and patching. As Cenon said in his interview, “we like to be as transparent as possible.”
