Rachel Rosenbaum’s career began overseas, where she worked for a foreign exchange company handling their international client relationships. She quickly became the team lead for the entire international department managing two different teams. After 6 years she returned to the United States and started her own e-commerce business, building it from the ground up. She was then recruited to another e-commerce company to help them grow their business, introduce new products and vendors, and analyze sales figures. With her can-do attitude and ability to work with all types of people, she showed her abilities and commitment to the company and was promoted to Manager of Customer Service. Rachel joined Network Doctor in 2017 as part of the scheduling team and then became their Team Lead. She currently manages the remote and field engineers, as well as the scheduling team. Rachel also co-founded Network Doctor’s Culture Club, which brings fun events to the office and works on keeping her employees connected. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and children, volunteering for various special needs organizations, and being an active participant in her community.
