With help from Network Doctor Team, we were able to implement various technological improvements in our infrastructure and increase security which was our main goal over the past 4 years. We appreciate the recognition of a “sense of urgency” when it comes to day-to-day IT challenges. The main point for us was to be able to explain the sense of urgency we were going through and they did a great job realizing that which made out experience with them great!
