Honestly probably has one of the most personable teams out there. Their tech support is top notch and I usually get a response back for request tickets in a very timely fashion. We are an eye doctor’s office that deals with a lot of equipment and software and regardless of what the tech issue is- whether it has to do with our network/server or not, Network Doctor is usually my go to “person” since most of the vendors out there have incompetent tech support. The girls that do the intakes of the support requests are amazing, and always direct me to the best tech for the task! And my account manager Dan is always responsive to special requests!
